How do I become a Moderator?
Moderator status can be achieved by being an active, kind player. Some of the main requirements to become a Moderator is to already be a community veteran, be an active forum member and have over a certain amount of gameplay time. Asking to become a Moderator will severely reduce your chances of becoming one.
What is a community veteran and how do I become one?
Community veterans are picked based on activity and their in-game behavior. A player who is active, polite to other members and uses correct grammar is more likely to get chosen than an inactive, rude person who tends to use a lot of "chat speak" or "text language". Asking to become a community veteran will severely reduce your chances of becoming one.
Can I donate a RuneScape account to become staff?
No. We have no use for RuneScape accounts, and we feel that members should earn their position. However, special deals can be made to be able to purchase moderator status via PayPal as this helps keep the server online.
What bonuses do staff get?
Community Veterans get nothing but the ability to apply for Moderator.
Moderators have the ability to jail, mute and ban members while having access to some staff items. These items do not have very good bonuses and are not considered as an unfair advantage.
Administrators get all the bonuses of a moderator, except with the ability to IP Ban and IP Mute players.
